Foxy

Foxy is the captain of the Foxy Pirates. As a pirate, Foxy is primarily a trickster and prefers to challenge pirates to games in which he can cheat to fighting them outright. Though he appears to have a rather large ego, Foxy is incredibly sensitive to criticism often becoming incapacitated when anyone insults him. He harnesses the power of the slow slow fruit, which causes anyone or anything hit with its beam to become nearly frozen for thirty seconds.
