Elle RAGU

As the 59th Sevaar, Elle Ragu is known as "Shadow Skill" for the exceptional power of her Kurudan Style kicking techniques. Though quick to enter any fray, she hates working and has a perpetual problem with drinking and debt (for which she is equally famous). She has adopted Gau as an exercise in testing her own strength, but takes her duties as an older sister seriously.
