The fairy Elaine spent centuries in the Fairy Forest guarding the Fountain of Youth after her brother, the fairy king Harlequin, disappeared. Her life was a lonely one until the bandit Ban came along, originally with the plan of stealing the Fountain of Youth and making himself immortal. Elaine foiled his attempts repeatedly until he finally gave up and the two developed feelings for one another. When the Fairy Forest was destroyed by a demon, Elaine saved Ban's life by giving him water from the fountain of youth and died in his arms. Ban has sworn to find a way to bring her back from the dead so they can be together.

They could've done her 100x better. For her as a character and as the lover for Ban. 1. she looks like a child. I get shes a fairy and all buts shes a 2". Ban's looks like a pedo for choosing her over Jericho. 2. Shes old af, like Ban's grandmother's grandma old. Lets make a century old fairy queen look like a toddler! great idea, why don't you sit back down and go back to the drawing board. 3. No personality. She literally has no development, her personality is loving Ban. After all that time we were watching your flimsy love story your still flat. physically and mentally. 4.Why? He fell in love after she gave her life for his because he was dumb.And then they fall in love after a kiss. When you put it like that it sounds romantic enough but if you watched the anime you'll know.

I honestly thought Ban was better than this, the shizy poorly written love story ruined his character, he was so cool in his first appearence. Not to mention that his ´lover´ is characterless girl who he mistook for a child...
