Dio Brando is a legendary villain for good reason. He is just so evil he can kill puppies and betray/murder anyone who gets in his way. Even his loving adoptive father. He's the kinda guy that turns all your friends against you then steals your girl. And despite this, he's so freaking lovable. I mean he's so over the top you can't help but love him.
