Denji is a great character, and you definitely haven't read the manga.

Such a bland and annoying character not that care for this anime in general.

He's very amazing and vivid in my opinion.

My family was poor like that and I've seen a lot of people like us as I grew up in helplessness. And all of those people I met including myself were destined to be flawed in personality or have bad habits. Denji might be a bit perverted or distorted but that's what make me feel like he's a real person struggling to grow up and survive in poverty.

Denji is the best "perverted" character cause he's just really horny but he never acts on anything without full proper consent
