From all Konoha's elderly he's the worst I've ever seen. He makes my favorite two characters (Itachi & Kabuto) become a villain. In Itachi side, he Wants Itachi to kill his clan. In Kabuto side, a bit the Same as Gaara's side, that he wants Nonou to kill Kabuto for Konohagakure's safety.
