Commander Red

Leader of the vicious Red Ribbon Army, Commander Red is desperate to find the dragon balls at any cost to reach his apparent goal of world domination. Easily angered, the Commander has very little patience, especially when dealing with his subordinates' shortcomings. His temper is held in check by Staff Officer Black, who helps prevent the Commander from running the organization into the ground.
