During my state of complete emotional numbness, and by this I mean borderline psychological catatonia, his character quaked the greatest depths of my core and generated roars of tears and episodes of sheer catharsis. No character has, or ever will, mean so much to me.
I realized things about myself that I would have never known without him. No character could I relate to more. He put me on the road that is leading me to stardom and my innermost dreams into fruition.

I love Ciel. He is a brat, but it's hilarious to watch and he is a smart kid, not to mention a prankster!
This is why I can kind of see people liking total douchebags in anime. At least this guy is an interesting douchebag, though.
