While i agree her boobs are a bit fanservice-oversized, i don't get what's so wrong with her personality. Anyone calling her clingy should take a look at Yuno from Mirai Nikki. That is clingy. Not her.

A complete annoyance, I hate how she ended up knowing about Maou being satan and all related to that, before that she was tolerable but ever since she found out she turned even more into an annoyance. Her entire character's purpose is to suck Maou's dick and be obsessive with him. She's incredibly useless to the story and only adds fanservice because, after rewatching the series, I cannot tell you where at any point she was useful. She isn't from ente isla so it's even more annoying when there's a bystander getting her ass kicked, thus having her to be saved from the others. Her entire part in the series heavily relies on Maou's existence and when there's a character whose personality entirely relies on another there really isn't a point to them. For example, you can say that all characters rely on Maou as he is satan but what I mean is where a character cannot stand alone by themselves without the existence of another character. For instance, Emilia's character relies on Maou as she has the duty to kill him, but without Maou you can still identify who she is as a character, she was still given more character besides being the half-angel to kill satan. With Emilia, you can easily identify her as the girl who's driven by the murder of her father, or even her role as the friend of Rika (her coworker) who she understands. Whereas for Chiho I don't recall there being any scenes of her without having any correlation to Maou. She hung out with Emilia before, yes, but that was only because Maou got moved to work at another place temporarily. All the scenes I can possibly think of her in is just her being obsessed over Maou, her screaming over a bento made for Maou, her calling him about earthquakes and asking him out over Maou, calling Emilia to help her with something over Maou. Her entire entity on the show is being that person who gets in the way of fights, is supplied with a shit ton of fanservice, and has an insane crush on Maou. I don't see the point of such a useless character to be on the show, I can quite literally imagine the show without her because the only possible impact she had on the show was Maou screaming over saving her because she's a coworker, but even then he could've screamed "I can't be late for work" during all those fights. Her existence is meaningless to the show and she adds absolutely nothing to the plot. If she didn't know crap on Ente Isla I maybe wouldn't hate her character as much as I do because in my opinion since she isn't from there she shouldn't get involved. Yes, I know that Emilia is the one who told her during a crisis but at the end of the day, it doesn't change a single thing about her being an annoying piece of crap. All she does is be incredibly useless and scream/cry whenever something major happens.

I dont get how anyone can like her. She is so annoying and so clingy towards Sadao. She needs to realise that not everything is about her!

She's too clingy and serves almost nothing to the plot. She's even more annoying in the manga
