Carmilla

A treacherous, centuries-old vampire who killed her own maker. Now a powerful leader in the distant land of Styria, she is late in answering Dracula's summons to his war council and is less than impressed with how his war is currently going. In her home country, she is the head of Styria's ruling council, which consists of herself and three other female vampires: Striga, Morana and Lenore.
