Another terrible villain from this edgy anime. 

The anime tried to make this villain a noble and sympathetic character but failed. 

They were trying for "noble but misguided guy", and all they managed was "fucking dumbass".

He is a shit and boring Villain.

Apparently this guy was supposed to be a noble and sympathetic character. You'd never be able to tell that from the way he actually came off.

i really want to pull out the hair which is sticking out to the sides! i just just just hate him!!!
