She might seem a bit clueless or even helpless at times at least when it comes to thinking deeply, but she does have a certain surprising level of cunning plus shes nearly as powerful as Superman in most ways.  Her 'new' partner however actually offsets most of her glaring weaknesses so in the end she is more of a complete package.  Physically she is a sort of unique balance between cute and model beauty.  On top of that, she has a good singing voice, which is fairly rare for a main anime character.  Her clumsy, haphazard, and at times deep thought challenging nature works as a sort of charm for her character and it all melds together well.  It contrasts her sharply with her main nemesis' that we don't get to see much of, Revi and Gomez.
