Frederica Bernkastel is Furuude Rika in Higurashi. Don't believe me? One of Umineko Tea Parties in the end of one of the manga. Bern said that she grew up cynical and welcomed santa with a Knife cutter. Which she is with Hanyu. Rika can travel through fragments and find the best one possible so does Bern. Rika traveled through fragments over and over again that she became the witch of miracles that travels through fragments which is Bernkastel.
