As soon as he grow older I think, starting from Season 3 he became very much unlikable character, from zero to hero to pathetic, naive, idiotic character. Maybe it is just the plot but somewhat they are going in a wrong direction.
I watched the fourth episode and he made me extremely angry and also I dropped bcs of him. I felt like he was kind of stupid. He was the worst thing about the anime.
