I actually like her.
I completely forgot about the unnecessary and highly disturbing lolicon scenes they did with Arisu and the otaku character until I saw @Tinydestiny's comment and now I remember why I didn't give this show a good rating on MAL.

The introduction of this character was the second biggest mstake Highschool of the Dead did. The first was to make it all about sex and fan-service.
By introducing her into what became a fan-service based anime, it wasn't only anime boobs bouncing around, it was a little 8 year old child humping a fat otaku and making moaning noices. So wrong. So gross. WHO IN THE ACTUAL HELL LIKES TO WATCH AN 8 YEAR OLD GIRL DRY HUMP A FAT OTAKU NERD? Much less listen to him getting turned on and her "moaning". Christ.
