With a bounty of one hundred and ninety eight million on his head, Scratchmen Apoo is one of the Eleven Supernovas and captain of the On Air Pirates. Despite having the nickname ‘Roar of the Sea’, he is not a particularly aggressive man and often goes more on the defensive than the offensive.
