Seeing a picture of him is enough to make me feel sick. I absolutely hate him, but he is the best villain i know. He is a villain that exists in the real world. Anyone could be Akio. It makes him so terrifying. He is too real. And that's why he is the best villain.
Ok I really hate him for...reasons, but damn he is one of the greatest vilains I have seen in anime right next to Yoshikage Kira.
One of the most cruel villains in anime/manga. A calculated psychopath through and through, and often times, the actions he is implied to have taken are much more unnerving than the things that are shown.
Love me a horrendous villain like him. Def one of my favorite characters.
