This one was better than the first one. It had more creepy elements to it and was a bit more drawn out, however it was pretty short which was saddening. If they made a movie of all of their creepy stories it would be amazing. I'd recommend this to anyone just starting out with anime due to its length, but also because it can keep you engaged in it.
