If you're on Wagnaria 3 and you haven't checked out Servant x Service, DO IT NOW! The two shows boast an extremely similar sense of humor, and many of the gags take place in a workplace where a group of odd-duck characters have assembled--hilarity ensues.

Denki-Gai

Denki-Gai

A blush-inducing, coming-of-age comedy about manga-loving book store employees!! The characters are all hard-core manga fans and maniacs of some sort, and work at the comic shop "Uma no Hone." On a daily basis, they display new releases, shrink-wrap comics, shudder at their lack of feminine qualities, question their love for porn literature... and basically have fun while working hard (?). Girls and guys call each other by nicknames and some begin to develop close relationships!

I recommended the prequel series to fans of Denki-gai no Honya-san, so I feel that doing the reverse is warrented. Both series share a focus on wacky workplaces and the kind of mundane insanity that you can get into with your coworkers when they are particularly neurotic. Denki-gai lacks standout sources of hilarity (I'm looking at you, Yamada), but at the same time it's cast has no uneven entrants like Takanashi's sisters or Souma. If you like your humor a touch racier, but along the same lines, Denki-gai is worth your time.

New Game!

After graduating high school, Suzukaze Aoba joins Eagle Jump, the game company that developed Fairies Story, the game she obsessed over as a kid. On her first day as a working member of society, Aoba heads to work swaying in a packed, morning rush hour train. She manages to get to the office building all right but hesitates, wondering if it was really okay for her to take that last step and go inside. That's when a senior member of staff, Toyama Rin, shows up at work and safely leads Aoba inside the offices of Eagle Jump.

Both animes (I linked season 3 of Working but please start with season 1 :P ) are great slice-of-lifes and are full of fun! Popura-chan is 'like' Aoba in that they are both trying to be responsible 'adults' despite their looks. There are more characters in Working, which is also longer and gives more attention to character development (which is fair given that it is a few seasons longer).

The art is done well in both and whilst Working has some under-the-table/developing romance lines (more explicitly than Kou and Rin), both are light animes that bring great joy! ^.^

Hanamaru Kindergarten

Hanamaru Kindergarten

Tsuchida has just started working at the Hanamaru Kindergaten, and, as the first and only male teacher at the school, he’s particularly nervous. Unfortunately his first day doesn’t go quite as smoothly as planned as not only does Tsuchida turn up late, but then a small girl named Anzu claims that he hit on her in front of all the parents! Though he manages to initially clear up the misunderstanding, at the beginning of his second day, Anzu proclaims that she will be his bride and that her mother, Tsuchida’s senior in high school, is supporting them all the way! Now as Tsuchida attempts to become the best teacher he can be, he must also try and quell the rumors that he is dating Anzu, and maybe win the heart of the beautiful and kind, yet ultimately clueless, Yamamoto-sensei…

Both are "feel good" anime. With not a very strong basic directional story. Yet, fun to watch. The characters in both are most intruiging and weird in a cool way. So if you are looking for something casual to go with whatever other strong anime you are watching, these two are great picks for you!!

Cocoa arrives in a new town in spring to start high school. She gets lost and pops into a coffee shop called "Rabbit House", which turns out to be where she will live. All the characters are so cute - tiny but cool Chino, soldierly Lize, gentle and Japanese Chiyo, sophisticated but down-to-earth Sharo. They are joined by Chino's class mates Maya and Megu, and a regular at the shop, Mr. Blue-Mountain Aoyama. Everything is so cute every day at Rabbit House!

Tsundere, Imouto (little sister type), etc. are only a few of the PERSONAS that the café waitresses play out here. And the new hire, Maika, is asked by the store manager to play none other than the SUPER SADIST!? As she becomes devoted to her work, her super sadist persona blooms unexpectedly... Everything is a treat—even being stomped on—in this outrageous working comedy!
