Omg,”When Marnie Was There” is the cutest movie. I fell in love with the story and the characters. I would so recommend When Marnie was there. In fact I want people to experience it.

When Marnie Was There is an emotional roller coaster. Anna is a relatable character that many people (myself included) can resonate with. Do I think their relationship is romantic in a sense? No. However, I sense that their love is familial. Do I believe that this movie is blatant queer bait? Hard no. Anna (probably) is part of the LGBT community, but that’s perhaps my headcanon. I may have cried four times during this movie, but that doesn't make me less of a man. The big message here is that we shouldn't always keep our problems and insecurities all to ourselves. Overall, I’d give this a 9/10. It’s underrated and a must-watch. :)
