Violet Evergarden - Reviews

Violet Evergarden has changed the Way I Watch Anime for ever it's matured my taste for not only Story but also with it's amazing directing.

Firstly the Story, One world it's amazing. Everysingle episode is packed with emotions of an entire Story Arc it brings tears to my eyes. If you're looking for a short, sweet, beautiful and heartmwarming anime this is just for you. 

The Animation, is breath taking (I miss Kyoto Animation). It’s beautifully hand-drawn with each scence carry microbe of feelings of emotion with how each character shows something is wrong or hesitation without saying a word.

The Character, Every character, although all the characters Violet met also feels are memorable. They do this thing in which characters take Center stage and violet gets the role of the minor Character and we see her though the eye of the those Character.

The story starts off hearbreaking (spoilers) when Violet is released from the hospital, she hopes to find the Major, Gilbert. It takes off to her backstory which made me cry a bit, where the Major tells Violet she must live. Before he dies. Violet is only a 14 year old girl (from what was said in some part of the show) who was in war, never learned emotions, lost her arms, was used as a killing tool, and never had any true family. I would say this story is sad and has some drama in it. The animation is absolutly amazing. Violet and the viewers get to see hearbreaking, tragic stories from other people as she travels in the position of an Auto Memory Doll. I love how the stories were portrayed and how Violet expirences the feelings of others and learns to manage her own. It makes a letter feel like so much more than just words on paper. This is now #1 In my top animes watched and I have watched 50+ anime so far. Love it. Would recommend to anyone over the age of 12 (violence, strong emotion) 

This was the saddest anime I have EVER watched. Probably more than Your Lie in April. In every episode, someone is either dying, going to die, or has died. Apart from that, everything else was amazing. Except maybe the fact that Voilet is practically an identical copy of Saber from Fate/Stay Night. 

The storyline was really vivid and the animation was amazing! Usually I don't watch war time anime because their not interesting, but Voilet Evergarden really stood out. Not only was it interesting, but full of emotions as well. I would not recommend this to beginning anime watchers mostly because of the heart wrenching scenes, but for those who loved Your Lie in April, Gunslinger and other sad things should give this a try. 

Not gonna lie, first 1 that made me cry, and not just one's.

Best anime I have watched so far, it has a great story with solid character development within episodes. Honestly I don't really know what to say, the anime just kinda speaks for itself.

What i will say tho, is that even tho you think this anime might not be suited for you, u could still give it a shot and I'll promise u won't be disappointed.

A good way to describe this anime might be: "if you would ask 1000 people what they liked the most about it, you would get 1001 different answers".

Even tho that is obviously a little over the top there is truly something in it for everyone and that's what makes it so good!

I would highly recommend this anime and I hope you will/did enjoy it as much as I did.

I'll rate this anime a solid 9.5/10, it doesn't get the full score because there is always room for improvement and i hope that watching the movie will bring me as much joy and tears as this did.

This had me crying and being so very happy for them. It is so sad but happy at the same time. It made me feel sympathy for her, Violet is such a nice girl and the only thing she wants to know is something nobody can tell her. It is an amazing story I loved it so much.
