Cardcaptor Sakura

Cardcaptor Sakura

Sakura Kinomoto never imagined that by opening a book in her father's library, she'd be responsible for releasing wild magic into the world, yet that's exactly what she did. Too powerful to be let loose on the world, the magical Clow cards were sealed away long ago by their creator, Clow Reed. But all is not lost, for the guardian beast, Keroberos, was...

Both anime are about magic girls and their trouble to do magic without being known by non-magic people. Both imply relationship troubles, friendship and love, and both are really cute in the meaning there's no pain, no blood hardly a few tears (Basically, they're shoj├┤!). But if CCS is better done on the relationships (CLAMP work), Ultra Maniac has a lot of funny moments, and is shorter in episodes number.

Both series revolve around a magical girl who needs to do something under a pressure of time. They both have strong elements of magic, friendship, adventure and a little bit of romance.

They both have friendship, romance, a little magic and comedy! Both really great. I do like Ultra Maniac better then Zero no Tsukaima though.

Ninja Nonsense

Ninja Nonsense

When Kaede, a girl frustrated with her grades like any other teenager, finds a female Ninja attempting to steal her underwear, she didn't expect a friendship to be the result. And as the modern day world of ordinary high schooler Kaede collides with Ninja-in-training Shinobu, she soon comes to discover that the world of modern day Ninjas are filled with...

Ninja Nonsense and Ultra Maniac feature female protagonists that are subpar at best in their chosen career paths. After meeting 'normal' people, wacky hijinks ensue.

Ninja Nonsense is intentionally overly silly, while Ultra Maniac actually has a plot that is followed, but both are similar and amusing.
