Both shows revolve around people who are oblivious/curious about the world around them, both have survival as a main theme while meeting new faces along the way, and both have pretty aesthetics and atmosphere, TYE has more fantasy elements than GLT and is more dark. I still think fans of each other can find things to appreciate about each respective series.

Both animes are about building from a less civilized time period.

Both focus on advancements and the development of society through discovery.

Both involve survival and the main character being a target due to his special abilities.

Both keep you watching by keeping the episodes full of suspense.

Both feature endearing characters that have unique skills that the main character uses to survive.

To your eternity is sader and is more obvious with the fantasy aspect than Dr Stone. Dr Stone also has better humor.
