Anos Voldigord was a tyrannical Demon King that eradicated humans, spirits, and even the gods, but became bored of eternal warfare and reincarnated with dreams of a peaceful world. However, what awaited him in reincarnation after 2000 years were descendants who became too weak after being accustomed to peace, and all sorts of magic that deteriorated to the extreme. Anos enters Demon King Academy that gathers and educates those who are viewed as the reincarnation of the Demon King, but the academy could not see through his true powers and ends up branding him as a misfit!
Both anime feature an over powerful male lead character with strong magic powers. Both lead characters have doting parents. Also both anime have a good mixture of action and romance.
Both are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm a fan of the overpowered main character or the protagonist with a cheat. both of these are similar in that aspect as they were reincarnated with knowldge and power of their passed lives.
Both are anime setting in fantasy world. Both male mc have clearly overpowered to the others in the world. They have romance setting where the male lead is like by 2(misfit)/ 3(assassin) girl saved by the mc
Under the rule of a tyrannical empire, Tatsumi, a young swordsman, leaves his home to save his poverty stricken village. He meets a girl named Akame, an assassin who was bought, brainwashed and trained to kill by the Empire. Akame is a member of the secret assassin group called “Night Raid” who use special weapons called Teigu. Together, Tatsumi and the members of Night Raid confront the corrupt empire.
Both tell a great story about assassins in matured and violence way. Also both MCs try to make the world a better place through killing the right people. They are not many episodes. The pace of the story telling and the animations are perfect.
Both are about assassins that have a very clear about the theme about knowing what they're doing is murder and morally wrong, but use it as a means to what they view as "justice" anyway.
Both also start to become pseudo-harem animes around the halfway point.

A middle-aged man is reborn into a world of magic. He has acquired an impressive amount of mana and can cast spells better than experienced mages. He finds a young female tutor who is able to teach her preliminary magic. Before reaching manhood he leaves his loving parents behind and goes on a multi-year venture where he finds a young girl to train.
Good animation, great protagonists and charachter develompent. stuning landscapes. intriguing stories and good, fresh outakes on the isekai genre
Both have to do with reincarnating in a world with magic and making contact with some type of God. Instead of having a mission to carry out from a God of some sort, jobless Reincarnation is focus more on the main character growing from his past trauma and all the people he meets along the way. It can be a little bit uncomfortable to watch because of the more (sexually) mature parts of the show but overall it's a good watch.
Meet Rio: a callous orphaned boy living in the slums. At only 7-years-old, he realizes he's actually the reincarnation of Haruto Amakawa, a Japanese university student with a tragic past. His good deed is acknowledged, and he's rewarded by being enrolled into… a prestigious academy for noble children...?
while serei gensouki's protagonist doesn't have assassination experience, he has combat experience.both mc's are very strong, and both series are isekais.they both spend some time learning from a magical prodigy.
if you like this one then you will love seirei gensouki because both characters are insanley powerful both got reincarnated and both have their harem of girls

In a world where only nobles wield the sacred power of mana to wage war against the creatures of darkness, a curious absence of ability places young Merida in a precarious position. Under the guise of tutelage, Kufa, a ruthless assassin, is sent to assess Merida's abilities and determine if she is the true-born heir of the prestigious Angel family. If she does not measure up to her family's expectations, another, more ruthless plan will be set in motion…
There both good but in my oppinion (The World's Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in Another World as an Aristocrat)is better they have similar concepts i reccomnd both
Both have a very similar concept and system of how the world in the anime works and both have something to do with the concept of assassins that can do magic and go around somewhat protecting and killing
In Victorian England it is commonplace for the rich and wealthy to have a staff, led by a head butler, to run their households; the Phantomhive Estate is no different. The young and demanding Count Ciel Phantomhive, child owner of a toy company, lives in the grand countryside manor. Sebastian is his head butler, and the epitome of perfection; he effortlessly and gracefully completes his day-to day chores and fixes the countless mistakes of the other employees. However, whilst on the outside all seems prim and proper, a more sinister secret lies just beneath the surface. Sebastian is in fact a demon bound by a contract with the young count; he will loyally serve and fight for him in return for his soul.
Both have young male villainous nobles as the main character. Each series has a set of specially trained staff under the guise of being normal. The main character must deal with certain underworld affairs because of their family. If I had to pick out a really big difference, it's just that the other anime seems a bit more light hearted than Black Butler and has a slight bit of harem vibe.
Toyohisa Shimazu is a fierce samurai who, in the aftermath of a fight with the Tokugawa regiment, suddenly finds himself in a strange corridor far from the bloodied grasslands of the battlefield. There he meets with two infamous warriors, Oda Nobunaga and Nasu no Yoichi, who have met the same fate as him. However, not all is well in this new world as the brutal Black King aims to destroy everything. Now, with a battle raging between the fiercest warriors from throughout history, could this trio of Japanese Samurai be the only ray of hope in a land threatened by darkness?

Office worker Leon is reincarnated into a particularly punishing dating sim video game, where women reign supreme and only beautiful men have a seat at the table. But Leon has a secret weapon: he remembers everything from his past life, which includes a complete playthrough of the very game in which he is now trapped. Watch Leon spark a revolution to change this new world in order to fulfill his ultimate desire...of living a quiet, easy life in the countryside!
Lovely team moral would be the second recommendation, owing to the overpowering protagonist reviling themselves as the enemy. It wasn't even a war in the first place.
