The Ones Within - Reviews

Another case of getting pulled in by above average art and character design only for it to be ruined by the plot of the story.
Akki is straight up plot armor from the first episode so I got the message quickly, but the entire storyline falls apart around the time Kaikoku gets captured. It feels like a work in progress, keeping an eye out for season 2. The OVA isn't worth watching unless you wanna see Sakura's fat water balloons in a swimsuit.

Speaking of Sakura, she's very much useless like the Sakura in Naruto, good job lol!

You definitely have to watch this for the alpaca. I just find him creepy but interesting.

Aside from paca there are quite some episodes that are funny/interesting/intriguing. 

The story is underdeveloped? like we get hints but it's a little confusing.

But I still recommend this especially for the episode of "hide and seek" 

Comedy show about some teenagers that have been kidnapped and must complete these trials everyday in order to stay alive in a big abandoned city/island. Not great, not terrible, it has it's funny moments and more mysterious ones.

Animation is not bad, voice acting is the same as every other show. I would recommend it only if you have nothing better to watch.

El argumento del anime no esta nada mal, tiene gancho pero no es suficiente. 

Pese un argumento lleno de misterio que invita a verse pienso que se orientó de manera equivocada, los juegos suenan crueles y pensados para ser despiadados pero el resultado es muy diferente, parece un campamento de verano con diferentes pruebas de valor, y pienso que es una pena pues hay juegos muy desaprovechados como el del "escondite". Los protagonistas estan encerrados pero no sienten ansiedad ni miedo, ponen en juego sus vidas en cada prueba y parece algo "divertido", por todo esto creo que hay algo en este anime que no está bien. Aun así no deja de ser entretenida, el aura de misterio que lo rodea pinta bien y hay personajes como la "alpaca" que me han gusto mucho. 

Tras terminar la serie me dejo realmente insatisfecho, no solo por los puntos negativos ya mencionados sino por lo increiblemente a medias que se queda, por lo que su "aura de misterio" se queda en "standby" y me deja con una historia inacabada y sosa. 

STORY PLOT LINE: It lacks some information that could explain more of the story, biut so does evey other anime. I believe if it gets a second season or your willing to read the mangas you will get more of the background of the story. It's a bit like Danganropa just without the violence and killing aspects. Though it is more of a mystery/drama type of animation.

Animation: I don't have any complaints.

Sound: The sound was a little quite at first which could be because multiply factor on my end.

Characters: They have a lot of diversty. To a panda girl to a alpca man. I think they tried to give the characters kind of a dark background but they also still tried to keep it PG-13.  They have a varity of different personailitys.

Overall: Its a really great anime if you like thoses based in a comdey/ Drama genre. With a hint of relateable background from some characters. Also the main character with white hair reminds me of Nagisa a bit with his friendly but deadly if need be personility.
