This Anime is the definition of average. I have never watched a more average anime in my life.

This show is like eating plain toasts. The story and characters are all basic and use standard tropes with cliche dialog at a surface level of depth. There is nothing that sticks out as unique or good in the show. At the same time it doesn't have any one horrendously bad thing that sticks out above the rest or that makes it completely unwatchable as a whole. It is however right on the borderline off getting there in some cases as its so aggressively plain.

4/10 - all the plain piles up and sinks its rank down under the weight to a below average rating.

Not really sure where to start with this series as it has its good and bad points.  I guess I will go with the nuts and bolts.  Animation wise its nothing special.  The music was good and the sound levels were stable.

The overall story was nothing special either.  Your run of the mill save the maiden and the school thing.  Now, a big difference in this story is in its harem angle.  While most harem shows, everyone falls for the MC for no reason, at least Ray has some legit charm, and knows how to talk to the ladies, while showing them some mad respect.  Felt that was a plus.  Another thing is the series has a bunch of action, though its just there.  The OP MC is never in real trouble of losing a fight, and the main save the maiden point is accomplished without fight, just Ray's abilities.

The character aspect varies.  The MC Ray is very well done.  He has a solid backstop, great traits, and he even continues to grow throughout the series.  The 4 main girls however, have a super basic backstories (being a noble), and though they all find growth in different ways, only Amelia Rose is all that interesting.  The other 3 are just kinda there as love interests, and are not very entertaining.   The tertiary characters all fall into the general tropes of this genre.  You have the master, who is super strong and strict, but truly loves the MC like their own kid.  The school principal who is mad powerful, but puts all the problems on the MC and does little to nothing.  And lastly the overly perverted woman that is a semi-mentor to the MC.  So yeah pluses and minuses here too.

As a whole series I was not super impressed, but episode by episode it did keep me thoroughly entertained.  

This is not a quality anime. But I laughed really hard several times. Parts were just so absurd; that it was impossible not to. The story is a copy/paste of pretty much every trope just shoved together. At the beginning: The characters are suddenly best friends the moment they meet. Zero effort there. Then it actually tries to form a cohesive story. But it's more like a book report written from reading cliff notes. The writer has the most basic ideas of what makes a story great... but fails to grasp the depth of actual storytelling. There isn't much originality at all. But I just kept watching anyway. Mostly because it had already made me burst out laughing more than once in the 1st episode. This is just something to watch while you're waiting for the new anime you really want to watch is released. I think it's worth watching once. Just for the absurdity. Because it's not trying to be absurd. At least, I don't think it is. Maybe it fooled me. If that's the case; then it actually deserves a bit more credit. lol

Was'nt expecting anything great out of it, as I have watched many animes int his type of genre, but it also wasn't the worst of em, this anime managed to keep me excited for the next episode till the very end 👀 tho I am not going to say this i sthe best anime of the season or something but I can say it is a little different from the others, (note I have watches animes in this genre but not every anime in this genre so if u think it is similar to others theen u must have watched a lot) anyways back to the topic what I have noticed in this that MC is half the decent looking guy that the all the girls are over for, like thank you for not making him up town beat guy who is lazy and doesnt evn know how to protect someone and the girls fell high over heels for these types of dudes, yes this anime have the OG red hair pigtailed girl that is in every harem magic school animes, and she is goin to be the main characters cuz why not. The animation was decent but not he best I have seen, but it's OP and ED were sooo good, I love it so much, the anime is good or not but the OP and ED are amazing ♬.
