All things considered, you could do much worse. One: it has some cuties. 2: It has some long-haired, handsome dudes. C: Psychic powers and shit. Quatre: Cults and shit but with a mix of what can assumed to be imperialist fascism with said brainwashed cult. That's not getting into anything else, but for what it is, it's some cheap thrills. The powers they always had which skips much need to explain the origins, the development is predictable, the story is generally nonsense, massively dated if you watch the Youtube cut in 244p BUT it has a sick soundtrack with some gnarly guitar riffs, the strong, attractive, tall female of the group whomst is total dynamite, moments of such hilarious dumbness that it becomes entertaining and that title, I did not know what it meant but it translated to "WATCH ME", and I am a sucker for good titles.

If you have like... 45 minutes to kill and want a 90s OVA, you can do a lot worse my friend.
