Kind of garbage, but has good points. The setting is cliche of cliche. Passable but nothing special. Plus one point for comedy. The king scolding the protagonist is hilarious. They picked an excellent voice for him, or should I say that the voice actor did an excellent job for this role. Animation is okay. Nothing to pick a bone with, and also nothing to marvel at. Sound is nothing special. I don't care about OP and ED as I always skip those. Soundtrack is garbage but fits the anime (I mean, not because it's garbage - though there's that too - but because it fits the atmosphere of a silly comedy). Characters, well. Let me just say that watching this anime and observing the protagonist let me achieve sudden enlightenmen as to why Japan's birthrate continues to stay negative despite the efforts the country is taking. When you foster beta males for decades and expect everyone to be a yesman, this is what you get - this sort of trash that can't stop being trash just because you make him OP. This sort of doormat crap protagonist who is the strongest in the world but lets everyone walk all over him and doesn't set up any boundaries. Urgh. Also, the harem leaves me with complicated feelings. The girls are cute, but most of them are goddamn 10-12 year old minors (depending on the point in the story; also, is it me, or were they even below 10 when they appeared? Probably not, but 10 is already crazy enough... right here, officer, it's this anime), which makes me curse the dumbass author and wonder why he didn't introduce them when they were at least 15-16 since he was using time skips all over the place anyway. Also, the elf girl is a loose cannon and I have no idea why the protagonist likes her. Guess because she said so, and he couldn't say no. But hey, the king was funny. Literally the best part of this anime. Funny king with good voice. I DON'T RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT TO WATCH BRAINLESS COMEDY with isekai+harem setting
