Rurouni Kenshin, like TenTen Ultimate Fight, has a main character who must control their inner self (though in a different way). The fights are very nice to see in both and there are some feelings of love that aren't stressed, yet they do become a motive for going through all of the tough battles.

Tokyo Underground

Tokyo Underground

After a civil uprising, two girls surface from the sub-terra in a bid to escape from this secret world. Together, Chelsea and Ruri  stumble upon Asagi Rumina, a man who becomes determined to protect them from those who would pursue the maiden of life. After a close encounter with death, Rumina learns that he must develop a skill of his own to keep his newfound friends safe, especially as it seems to be his responsibility to stop the impending doom rising to take over the planet’s surface. Will his power of wind be enough to take on The Company, or will he be forced to kneel before those brandishing electricity, ice and shadow?

Tokyo Underground has some very tough battles, just like Tenjho Tenge Ultimate Fight. To defend the maiden he loves, Rumina tries to summon his inner strength and goes to war with some of the toughest opponents. Needless to say, the flow in both anime is very alike.

Tenjho Tenge and Seikon no Qwaser are very similar, both of them feature hardcore and disturbing ecchi elements combined with some cool action/fighting scenes. If you like hardcore ecchi animes with a nice action/fighting aspect then be sure to check this two.
