Super Robot anime

These anime feature Mecha that are fantastical and have little to no grounding in reality. They are nearly indestructible, have few limitations, and usually originate from an "ancient civilization" or from aliens. These anime tend to be Monster of the Week and often have less mature plots than their Real Robot counterparts.
