Both Usagi Drop and Sweetness and Lightning center around a man who has to take care of a young, cute girl while managing problems in his life like work, making sure the girl is happy and healthy.
Usagi Drop is one of my top five favorite Anime series and the first episode of Sweetness and Lightning has sucked me right in!! Both Anime are about the trials and tribulations a single father endures while caring for a young girl. Both Anime will have you saying "AWE!!!" from beginning to end.
Both are cute domestic slice-of-life anime that feature a man who takes care of a young girl. Both have plenty of heartwarming scenes and are fairly down-to-earth. While Sweetness and Lightning features cooking themes that Usagi Drop does not, those who like one will still enjoy the other.

This restaurant looks completely normal through the week, but on Saturdays, it opens in...

If you like laid-back shows where people prepare, eat and express their sheer joy over delicious food, these will be right up your street.
Food can do amazing things. The care and effort you put into a meal can express things beyond words... The happy place where you ate. The smiles you dined alongside. The important lessons you learned. These two shows embrace such things, believing that the light of a restaurant can reveal a bright future.
Both shows revolve around food, its preparation, and consumption; both have cute characters and animation, and both lack an actual storyline.

Both anime have the same vibes s a father figure caring for his daughter and both are wholesome and also emotional
If Latina and Tsumugi ever meet, I guarantee that they will become instant BFFs. Both these series show the two young ladies viewing their respecive worlds through their innocent and precarious eyes, while their fathers work and sacrifice to make their lives easier as they deal with the trials and pangs of single parenthood.
As for shows that made my heart feel good and healed my soul, both of these fit the bill. Adorable father-daughter bonding, supremely wholesome, with classic funny moments that just make you laugh out loud no matter your mood before watching.
