When the fateful flight crashed into the mountain, it broke apart chunks of stones that channel a life-giving force in them, bringing eight strangers back to life. When confronted with their aberrational existence, a boy and a girl are forced to make a decision that will affect their lives and that of the other reanimated individuals.

The gods select talented humans and they are given their own guardian god for them to calm the over flow of Yin. This has continued all the way up to the present, so those that are chosen by god are hunters that eradicate ghosts, they are called Ghost Hunters.

Inspector Leon Orcot begins to investigate D, suspecting him of slave smuggling; but can he get to the bottom of the events surrounding the shop, or will he just be dragged into the Count's pace of afternoon tea and cake?
