Super Dragon Ball Heroes - Reviews

Basically, this Dragon Ball is every bad idea they could think of all crammed into one giant mess. Want succinct logic? Too bad! These guys go for all action, only action! They do the same leap-froging bullshit that DBZ fell into. Before you go nay-saying, I am a huge Dragon Ball fan. I've seen it all. But this is just garbage. They clearly put time and effort into it and as such the animation and sounds are great, even their music. The problem is that the characters and story were written for the express purpose of showing fights that fans have requested. Everything is predictable and dumb. No logic, no real reason for anything, just a whole lot of "why not?" 

If you want non-stop action between characters that you have always dreamed of or said "what if they fought?"... then this is for you. It's not a great or even good show. It's a fan service. They make stuff up and go with it. If you like that, then great. I certainly don't. 

dont waste your time on this; plot twists, no character development, bad story. this is downright trash

Don't want to be too harsh on this, but it basically exists to promote the game (which I actually don't think you can play in the US...correct me if I'm wrong).  If you love Dragon Ball, and you're looking for a good time waster, you might have fun watching your favorite characters from other universes duke it out.  But honestly, it can't hold a candle to 97% of anime that is freely available for you to watch in 2020.

There's only one reason I just kept watching. I have a drink with a buddy and true we're going to be soft, let's die the episode. Until you are completely through, you cannot enjoy this anime. He is brain dead. Pure fan service for fans and the JOKE IS; not one the fans like it. I'm a fan of Dragon Ball Classic and ... I can still watch Z. But that????
