If you're looking for anime similar to Strange+, you might like these titles.
In a world where humans and human-animal chimeras live together, half-human criminals leave non-human clues that have the police stumped. Enter the "lone wolf" detective Hiroshi Inaba, who has the ability to extract information just by examining (or tasting) someone’s hair! While his methods are unorthodox, he's up against a half goat crime boss with an appetite for green legal tender. Can sheer dogged detective work put the baaaaad guys behind bars?
Both are gag comedy series that follow a group of private detectives as they cause mayhem, confuse everyone they run into, spend their days joking around.....basically anything apart from actually solving mysteries in a professional manner.
Two shows with a bunch of strange characters getting into even stranger antics. The main leads are detectives, but they don't really do as much detecting as they do goofing off or causing mischief. Strange+'s humor is a bit more crude, but if you're wanting some more ridiculous comedy than I think you're looking in the right direction here.
Both of these series are about a crew of ragtag detectives who are hired to do a variety of odd jobs. What these series also hold in common is their flood of over the top gag comedy! Inaba has longer episodes, and occasionaly takes itself more seriously, but if you're looking for a laugh and enjoyed one of these shows, check out the other!
Both anime involve the characters being detectives, both have a random and zany sense of humor that is fast paced and crazy!
The story follows a third-year high school girl who likes building plastic models and the wacky conversations she has with her fellow club members.

Both are gag comedies and have visually inapropriate yet hilarious images. Both anime have at least 1 character where its gender is questionable. Also both are under 4 minutes.
A handsome young detective named Holmes undertakes a secret mission from the Metropolitan Police of London to seek out and destroy the vampires that have been terrorizing the city. Accompanying him is his young assistant, Hudson, and Kira, his house cat—perhaps the cutest cat in recent anime history. Holmes is a private detective in name only; he uses neither reason nor logic to solve his cases. Let's say he relies on ... intuition.

Both shows are 5 minute episodes with a quirky cast, they both go at a fast pace and are incredibly random.
Meet Popee and Kedamono, two very abnormal circus performers that live a very eventful life. Whether they're performing dangerous stunts, dodging alien abductions or being taken over by a body-possessing frog, there's never a dull moment at the circus. Alongside the flamboyant Papi and a special elephant car, Kedamono and Popee will traverse an endless desert in search for an oasis, stab each other with knives for target practice and even blow each other up with bombs – but for poor Kedamono, surviving Popee's homicidal spurts will be difficult to say the least...

Both of these 4.5 min episode series are insane. There is a laugh every episode. Both series lampoon every anime cliche out there, yet build a unique and hilarious universe. If the horrible Japanese puns of Strange+ don't give you brain damage, then try the retro 3D of Popee.
The Shinmoto twins Chiko and her younger bother Chika often hang out with and their close friends; the Saitou twins Mako and her younger brother Mao. This is an anime about their daily lives.
