To me it felt like just another 20 minutes of Steins;Gate 2011 TV series. Which is a good thing if you liked the series. Its not an empty recap, it is a new episode, without the tension of the main storyline (not enough time to build one here). So it's mainly just the usual cute characters and their relations.

This is mainly just a continuation after episode 24 of "Steins;Gate", leading into the movie. There are a few details in it that are important, but it’s mostly just the main characters messing around with each other in LA. Fun to watch if you really like the characters like I did.
