Same concept. Although I recommend assasination classroom more. They both have a "unique" teacher. And both try to kill the teacher.

Both anime having killing the teacher concept while learning from the teacher.

For assassination classroom, it is more towards school life and development of characters while spy classroom more towards slowly forming a team to solve hard mission.

Sabure Sabure says...

Both series involved a group of students plotting to take out their teacher. Along with trying (and failing) to assassinate their instructor, the students also embark in dangerous spy missions. While both shows have their qiurks, Assassination Classroom has the better characters, plot, and one of the anime GOATs in Koro-sensei.

Each anime focuses on a group of girls going undercover as spies to aid their government. Each girl has a specialty that they bring to the group to make the teamwork better. Both anime have twists and turns to add suspense. Andthey also share a steampunk/industrial England aesthetic.

The style is very similar. In both, girls learn to fight an enemy and the relationships between the characters are very good. Don't judge my recommendation, just go look at the other one you'll see why I'm right.

The Detective Is Already Dead.

The Detective Is Already Dead.

Follows Kimihiko Kimitsuka, a young man who four years ago became the assistant of a mysterious detective known as "Siesta" on a hijacked airplane. Together, Kimihiko and Siesta went on mind-boggling, globe-trotting adventures while combatting a secret organization, but all of that came to an end when they were separated by Siesta's death. In the present day, Kimihiko tries to return to an ordinary, boring life as a high school student, but things are never that simple, even though the detective is already dead.

Both animes have investigations, crime and mystery and some romance

The difference that this anime is just about spies and the other is about detectives.

Also, in both animes, the animes have some places that look European (That if the place of the anime has taken place in Europe and not Japan)

I would also like to note the way how both of animes are talking about the time of the plot is similar .

for example the time when the plot in ep 4,5,6 happened was before the things that happened in ep 3 (Spy classroom)

And the time when the plot has happened in ep 6,7,8 was before the things that has happened in ep 2,3,4,5
