Both mainly focus on the relationship between two classmates, and both have the same sort of comfy school vibes along with some cute comedy.

Both center around friends that have something in the way of them confessing to each other. Quite different shows, in terms of tone, but if you like one I could see you enjoying the other.

A cute, relaxing romantic comedy about a couple of students crushing on each other.

The first student is calm, collected, and knowingly likes the other student, but won't say anything about it.

The second student is frequently flustered, refuses to admit to having a crush, and kinda wants to embarrass the first student as "payback."

Their friends know more about what's going on than they do.

They both are shonen romantic comedies set during school life with similar reactions between the characters as well as a building intensity of "will they-won't they" situations.
