No idea what this was about besides a little sister. It was a music video Or something similar I think. The story was told through a happy little slideshow. I think it was about a little sister who became a idol, and they were great sisters. Watching this to celebrate what would have been my little sisters 15th birthday. Very happy and nice. gonna go cry now. update - I think it is a promotional video for a new manga(2020) gonna go back to crying
