Both Solty Rei and Innocent Venus are about a mysterious girl who is lost and then found. They both serve a mysterious purpose and viewers get to witness them discover their pasts. You'll fall in love with the characters and the story. Both are post-disaster and/or apocalypse too. If you like one then you will definitely love the other.

Solty Rei and Kiddy Grade are two examples of action anime whose plots simply do backflips. Once they get going, it's just one twist after another. Although there isn't really a whole lot of similarity between these two series otherwise, if you liked the roller-coaster plot style of one then the second should please you with a similar experience.

Both series involve Mid-aged men who loses someone they loved. Then as their plots advance, both revolve around family love (more between father and daughter). They both give the same feeling. So if you like one, make sure to check out the other!

For me, Gonzo releases fall into two categories. I either love them, or find them mildly interesting. Bakuretsu Tenshi and Solty Rei both fall into the latter category. There isn't anything "wrong" with them, just that they're not to my taste as much as say Red Garden or Speed Grapher.

I think people who enjoy one will enjoy the other because of the similarities in characters. The strong female team, who seem to have abnormally large breasts and skintight outfits will definitely appeal to the male audience.

There is the same kind of CG used in both Solty and Bakuretsu, however Solty doesn't have the mech battles and instead uses cyborgs and modified humans for fighting. The settings are also very similar, in a futuristic Tokyo, where the population has been divided into those that have and those that don't.

If you're interested in "When the people of Earth leave and search for other planets to live on." and "Mechanical Dolls and Arms" then Solty Rei and Saber Marionette J arent far from each other, as all the characters try to survive the planet's conditions and a human made computer over protecting human civilization.

Two sci-fi series with very similar tonal elements and a certain resemblance in the charaters and setting. They also share some of the storytelling method in the way that mysteries gradually unfold as we go, though some ambiguity still remains by the end.

Dimension W

Dimension W

In the year 2071, the world's energy problems seem solved by a network of cross-dimensional electric-field inductors- "coils" -that extract energy from a seemingly infinite source. That source is the W dimension, a fourth plane that exists beyond the X, Y, and Z dimensions. In this world, unofficial "illegal" coils harness powers that the police can't hope to counter. Dealing with these coils is the job of coil-hating repo man Kyoma, whose run-in with the unique coil android Mira leads the two to form a reluctant partnership.
