These are pretty similar for starters they get reincarnated both a none human animal like in So I'm a spider so what she get renicarnated as a spider. And in the other anime is reincarnated as a slime
They both have a videogame-type of feeling. About leveling up and meeting more characters that you could be-friend or destroy. The animation is also quite enjoyable. For that time I got reincarnated as a slime, the animation is lovley. I definetly think it's worth watching. For the spider isekai, the story is quite well built (in my opinion) and both of these animes it has them become other-worldy beings through reincarnation.
Very similar premise between both shows. Slime is more overpowered than Spider, so it focuses on worldbuilding a lot more. Spider seems to focus more on survival
With the help of Queen Ramiris, the children are now in stable condition and should lead normal lives, much to Rimuru’s relief. But all is not well… In fact, there are forces of humankind in this fantasy world that do not look kindly upon a slime-led nation of monsters. And now, insidious threats to Rimuru and the country of Tempest may be...

Both start as weak mobs and non-human characters. Both also have game mechanics. Both also have the classic reincarnation story line. But unlike in
"That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime", "So I'm a Spider, So What?"
has her whole class reincarnated with her. So just like in Slime (for short) there are more characters then just main ones.
Both Isekai deal with reincarnation into a different species. learning to deal with new body/abilities and suroundings and rules at the same time. both just want to live, but to live strength is needed
They both get reincarnated and they go through a lot of things in the beginning but then they get overpowered.
Makoto Misumi is an ordinary high school boy summoned to an alternate world as a brave warrior. Unfortunately, the goddess of the world said with disdain, "Your face is ugly," stripped him of his title, and banished him to the outermost fringes of the wilderness. While wandering the wilderness, Makoto encountered dragons, spiders, orcs, dwarves, and...

Both are fun isekai with a dark undertone.
Just like a Great White Shark, you get pulled in and start enjoying the happy slightly comedic waters of the beach and next thing you know your splashing around in some bloody water. But you know that now the shark has eaten your friend it is full and probably wont come after you. So you keep playing in the water since this is your first day off in months and you aren't gonna let any 2,000 pound fish stick ruin it.
So far I would say that the Spider show has a bit more story but I'm pretty sure Tsukimichi will get a little more complicated later on (I'm on episode 5).
On the comedic side they are both great, I think Tsukimichi leans a little more toward the comedy side without teatering on annoying characters like *cough*Konosuba*cough*.
The main Character of Tsukimichi is OP from the start, but in a weird way. With some disadvantages to said OPness. Also one of my favorite character traits in any anime to do with humans, which I won't spoil.
Either way if you enjoyed either of these you will most likely enjoy the other.
i love both, in so im a spider, so what i just didnt understand it at first but luckily at the end it made sense but it was still a FIRE isekai anime and in moonlit fantasy i just coukdnt wait for the episodes to come out they were too much HEAT and i love the last episode fight🔥🔥🔥🔥😭😭
