13th episode Warning: the following review contains spoilers from the previous 12 episodes of Shigofumi. The 13th episode answers to many questions that have not been touched upon in the previous 12 episodes. As you know, the fate of Kikugawa’s bullies has not been explained yet. And this episode will be devoted to it. Will they be punished for what they did to Kikugawa? Overall, the 13th episode concludes the story of Shigofumi and does it pretty well. Do watch it, it is a direct continuation to the main story.
This will be short since it's just one episode. Ignore my spellign. It's late. I reccommend watching this episode. I felt like the ending of the anime (episode 12) was rather open ended. The main issues were solved and all, but it didn't feel closed. This episode helps close it. It takes place in the school where Fumiko, Natsuka, and Kaname attend, which is the same school where the bulling incidents took place in the earlier episodes of the series. The audience sort of finds out what happened to the characters from those episodes. The youngger sister of the boy who killed himself wasnts to get revenge on the boys who bullied her brother so she pulls pranks to make it seem like there is a curse and she writes fake shigofumi. The episode also shows the aftermath of Fumikos pressing charges to some extent and where she ends up. Overall, it's a more conclusive ending. (Note: I only put a score for the overall because it;s only one episode connected to a series, so individual scoring didn't feel appropriate.)
