Though Seraph of the end is not as great as Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (In my Opinion) i believe they are similar in these aspects and would recommend them. 1 Consists solely on vampires but it still has that Man Vs Man Setup which is the same as Tengan Toppa Gurren Lagann which in later episodes turns into Man Vs Existence/Galaxy.
Anyways they are both about fighting to free themselves and bring salvation or their ideal worlds to reality and fighting for what they believe in. + They are both Post-Apocalyptic.
Anyways i vouch for both these animes. Though i believe Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is a on a greater scale and 10x better <3

Seraph of the End and 07 ghost hav very similar concepts. Both anime star a dark haired hero, who is best friends with a blonde guy, in which they have a very homo-erotic relationship with. Both anime have military themes and the best friend on the other side of the war..
Both anime are incredibly similar.
