Two somewhat different shows in that there is not a full female cast and it is set in a fantasy setting. The style and randomness of the jokes is very similar however. Furthermore, there are some minor paralells in the use of clearly other- or offworldy concepts / characters to convey humor. Does either make much sense? Nope, but that's how it should be.
There is somewhat of an overarching plot in Senyuu, which is notably absent in Fushigi na Somera-chan. So if you enjoy the random humor in Senyuu and want to see something in a similar style, check out Fushigi na Somera-chan. Want something that's set in a fantasy setting or want something that at least has some sort of plot wit the same style of humor as Fushigi na Somera-chan, check out Senyuu.
After a traffic accident, Kazuma Satou’s disappointingly brief life was supposed to be over, but he wakes up to see a beautiful girl before him. She claims to be a goddess, Aqua, and asks if he would like to go to another world and bring only one thing with him. Kazuma decides to bring the goddess herself, and they are transported to a fantasy world...

Like Senyuu, Konosuba is a parody which features a hero set on a quest to defeat a demon king, and has more trouble dealing with his companions than any minion he encounters in his way. Konosuba is way longer than Senyuu, so if you don't mind this one bit and you liked Senyuu you should give Konosuba a try.
