Both Sailor Victory and Gundam SEED are about young adults who pilot mechas to protect the people of the universe. While Sailor Victory has a comedic, shallow tone, Gundam SEED has a more complex plot and a more serious tone.
Another difference is the protagonists in Sailor Victory work together to fight evil. On the other hand, the protagonist in Gundam SEED is forced to fight his best friend in a twist of fate.
both dealing with mecha and both dealing with some serious drama, but just about any gundam can be pitted against sailor victory.

Abenobashi is basically the perfect parody series, with great animation and an amusing soundtrack. If you liked the parody aspect of Sailor Victory, but thought it was a bit too generic, definitely check Abenobashi out. There might not be robots the whole time, but it has robots sometimes, and you'd surely like it ;)

Shihoko Sakaki, Saori Tachibana, and Kanami Ezaki are three freshman who join the Etiquette Club, not knowing that it is a cover for an elite fighting squad known as the Exstars! While piloting the mecha Battle Skippers, they fight crime, justice, and Makuhari Heavy Industries (run by a relative of Sayaka) to keep the world safe. Watch out, bad guys! The Exstars are on the prowl!

Battle Skipper School and Sailor Victory both have a similar feel and dynamic, in addition to both being about robot-wielding girls who fight crime! Sound generic? You betcha! I think you'd like one if you liked the other.

Gotta love girls that have to pilot mecha to save the world, right? In this case, Del Power X and Sailor Victory are for you. Similarities in humor abound as well, so you'd probably enjoy it.

Gakusaver and Sailor Victory are both fun colorful 90s comdies that poke fun at different aspects of giant robot anime.
Ancient cave paintings left by the Super Paleolithic people tell of a great disaster befalling the people of Earth, when the evil Kyokka space empire will come to destroy all that we know and love. Humanity’s only chance lies in the prehistoric schematics for a super battle robot called Gekigangar 3! But even such a weapon is futile if there is not courage, love, and friendship among the brave humans fighting for peace and freedom! At least that’s what the crew of the Nadesico cruiser expect when they go to see the Gekigangar 3 marathon at the theatre…
