This is pretty decent stuff for someone who is not averse to shows that give shoutouts to other shows and popular culture as their main gimmick. In this case it's references to mecha, idols, otaku related things etc. The plot is rather silly (Akihabara as the last standing citadel of otaku culture that is being suppressed) but that is to be expected from shows like this one. Lots of robot fights, lighthearted comedy, "dorky" characters, and other silliness. The OP is a real earworm, the visuals are pleasant to the eye, voice acting is solid. Overall if you are a mecha fan, this is a decent choice if you want an upbeat comedy series that uses references to classical tropes as it's main driving force.

another lighting fast review since garandoll wasn't a very memorable show. I'll first say the show isn't bad and maybe if I hadn't watched it spaced out through the season then maybe my opinion would be different but as it stands it wasn't exactly my favorite.
I'll say the animation is hard to say sometimes it's great but for the most part it feels like a show that's 5+ years old.

For the sound it's nothing special and does the average.

the characters are frankly all over the place they are hyper cliched and whenever the story designs them to flip they'll do it even if it doesn't make sense.

the story is a typical wild anime style aliens and the such. It's nothing to write home about but it gets the job done.

wrappinng it up the show like I said isn't bad but it isn't good.  If you do decide to watch then don't take a long break otherwise you get bored very quickly. I haven't really got any strong feelings towards this one so that's all thanks for the read have a good one!
