Steins;Gate

Steins;Gate

The eccentric mad scientist Okabe, his childhood friend Mayuri, and the otaku hacker Daru have banded together to form the Future Gadget Research Laboratory, and spend their days in a ramshackle laboratory hanging out and occasionally attempting to invent incredible, yet generally useless, futuristic gadgets. However, their claymore is a hydrator and their...

Feels similar in some ways. Involves time-leaps, loud protagonist, and allows itself some graphic violence.

Stiens gate is absolutetly the best anime ever created. It is my favorite anime of all time because the story is beutiful and so is the humor. I love animes with great story's to tell and this one made me tear up which doesn't happen quite often.

Wakasagihime Wakasagihime says

Time resets for the protagonist to fix what is wrong and their mental state going array from doing so.

Satoru Fujinuma is a reclusive part-timer with no plans for the future. What sets him apart from the other slackers in his town is an involuntary time travel ability that allows him to jump back several seconds in time in order to prevent accidents and even deaths. As incidents around town begin reminding Satoru of a childhood trauma he'd sooner forget, he...

Both have time travel themes. Both protagonists want to use it to save people. Both allow graphic violence.

Their both pretty similar, more than likely if you have watched one you'll definitly like the other. In my opinion their both really good so far. Considering that Zero only has 6 episodes out for me.

imhawt imhawt says

Erased was a facinating anime and will leave the viewer with a well written story that doesn't end the way you might expect it to end.

KonoSuba – God's blessing on this wonderful world!!

Kazuma decides to bring the goddess herself, and they are transported to a fantasy world...

Both protagonists are sent to another world, a fantasy medieval one plus, they are  surounded by girls. Though the protagonists are a bit different. KONOSUBA is definitly not as dark of a story line than Re: Zero but they are both enjoyable. They both have romance too.

hamletsmage hamletsmage says

Both anime feature a young man finding himself in a different world. In Japan, he was a shut-in that played RPGs, so he thought he knew what to expect. But actually living in this new world is nothing like he imagined. Both of these anime take the RPG style and make the protagonist one of the physically weakest cast members, allowing a lot of plot development. If you like one, try the other.

It's quite simple. I wanted an Anime with a weak main character and strong supporting characters. In a world not alike the main characters used but still being one that they can understand or relate to from media in their past life.
