Natsume is lonely; he has an ability that separates him from others: he can see and interact with spirits. Soon, however, Natsume discovers that he’s not alone: his grandmother Reiko also had the gift. But things get hectic and possibly dangerous for Natsume when he finds out that he also inherited the 'Book of Friends', a book that contains the names of all the spirits Reiko defeated and subjugated. He finds himself hounded by his grandmother's underlings and, with the help of a 'cat' charm spirit, decides to free them from the Book's shackles, as well as protect the book from those who seek to misuse its power...
This is a rather easy recommendation. Re-Kan and Natsume Yuujinchou are two incredibly light-hearted stories about a teenager who can see the supernatual. Natsume Yuujinchou is a little bit more special as it deals with youkai (Re-Kan is all about your typical human ghosts), but both shows work with some pretty bittersweet moments. Gentle, yet filled with the rather unusual antics you can only expect from the life of a spirit-seer, fans of one show will most likely appreciate the other.
Both anime are heartwarming and a little spooky, with a teenage main character that can see supernatural beings that other people cannot, and uses their powers to help said supernatural beings.
Both feature a main character that can see supernatural beings that others can´t see. Both are lighthearted and have a nice supporting cast, as well as an overall comfortable atmosphere.
Fifteen-year-old Ichigo Kurosaki is a typical teen with fighting skills, two caring sisters and a special trait: he can see ghosts. However, when Ichigo and his family find themselves under attack by a huge beast, Ichigo discovers that there’s more to the supernatural world than the everyday specter. Vengeful spirits known as Hollows roam the world in search of devouring souls, and Shinigami – soul reapers – work tirelessly to defeat them and guide normal ghosts into a place called Soul Society. Ichigo valiantly fights the Hollow that threatens his sisters, but on the verge of defeat a Shinigami named Rukia gives him her powers, turning him into a Shinigami himself. Ichigo must now adjust to his new life of both vanquishing and saving souls for the sake of Soul Society.
If Ichigo from Bleach was a girl and he never met a Shinigami, Re-Kan would be that show.
If you ever thought that if Bleach had no fighting it would be better, then you should watch Re-Kan. If you think Re-Kan wasn't boyish enough and needs more fight scenes, then you should definitely watch Bleach.

What's more, Manabe isn't driven away by Kotoura seeing his thoughts, and even goes out of his way to befriend her - seemingly because he enjoys thinking of the girl erotically and seeing her subsequent embarrassment! Before long, the once-lonely girl even meets other students who aren't pushed away by her abilities. Could this be the start of a normal school life, with real, lasting friends for Kotoura?
If you liked Re-kan's sixth sense and how it affects the personal life of it's protangoist, that you'll enjoy Kotoura-san, which is about a friendless girl who can read minds and how it has affected her childhood. While Kotoura-san is much more heavy with the drama, it has some fun comedy and the protagonist also gets a circle of friends who accept her for who she is.

Both have similar jokes
Similar stories including comedy with supernatural
same general vibe even though Jingai is a shorter anime if you enjoy one you will probably enjoy the other
the rain ghost charm in ReKan has the same face as the mummy husband in Jingai
