Into this fray comes Kiritsugu Emiya, the enigmatic "Mage Killer" who wants to use the Grail to make a better world. Can he, paired with the indomitable Saber win the War? Or will he fall to the ambitions of the other mages?
in both worlds characters are summoned from their worlds or from their time and end up having to fight each other for their own personal reasons
Both animes share common idea's of bringing characters from alternate worlds/timelines into the present and having a human host. If you like one you will most certainly like the other!
Just watch and be amazed. More like this. And the best aspect: NO CHEAP BOOB JOKES! Not a single one.
Both are about characters who are out of this world battling it out for the fate of our very own world. That is what unites them, and they are different in from when and where they hail, their powers, and their outlooks. Expect skullduggery, deals, epic battles with high stakes, and more.
Fans of either would do well to check out the other.
Re:Creators tries to mimic much of what makes the Fate franchise so successful, and mostly fails. Therefore, if there were things you liked about Re:Creators, I urge you to watch the vastly superior Fate/Stay Night:Unlimited Blade Works, followed by Fate/Zero (you can flip the order, but I feel it's slightly better to watch them this way).
both are battle royale series that have participants that were called from different worlds/realities. both are also pretty heavy on dialogue.

Both are made by the same studio, and both capture a dark realism that is shared between the two. If you liked one, you'll like the other!

Both anime have medieval high fantasy characters and characters from different worlds as well as legendary people from stories coming into our world to battle. They both have a lot of action.

Mainly because they both have "Fictional Characters" becoming not so "Fictional," and learning the harsh truth abouth their "Reality."
