It's just a short parody opening, good for a few laughs.  It probably isn't worth going out of your way to watch but it's also less than two minutes long, so it isn't much of a loss if it doesn't make you chuckle.  The music is the same as the original OP for Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica, so at the very least it's a nice song.  If your curiosity would get the best of you if you didn't watch it, like mine would, just watch it.
