In this alternate story, the Project A-ko characters all fulfill their familiar roles: A-ko provides the brute strength, B-ko assists with bizarre inventions, and C-ko is the damsel in distress. But this time, A-ko and B-ko work together from the start to rescue C-ko and avenge the destruction of their house.

This is the final OVA of the series, but it can't be considered part of the original universe, despite featuring the three main characters. The OVA implies that it takes place in a parallel universe, but let's treat it as a spin-off series. The story itself is generic and lacks depth, serving as a mere excuse for the girls to reunite. It transitions into an intergalactic fantasy narrative with an evil witch and similar nonsensical elements that viewers of the previous entries may be accustomed to, albeit in a different setting.The art direction in this OVA is notably downgraded compared to the first three installments of the series. While the animation occasionally shines, particularly during the fight scenes with creative and impressive choreography, overall, it is average. It's worth mentioning that one of the antagonists, a girl, is portrayed with large breasts, but they lack animation and volume, appearing flat, so you can't savour them :( . The character designs have also undergone changes, and in my opinion, they are inferior to the original designs, although they still possess some charm.The characters remain as generic as before, and C Ko, in particular, remains insufferable, if not more so.In summary, this OVA follows the same old formula. If you have watched the previous entries, it becomes a must-watch for the sake of completion, although it can be enjoyed as a standalone. However, if you are considering watching it without having seen the previous installments, I would advise against it as it is not worth the effort.
